Yigit Yazici, what’s in your fridge?
“Breakfast!!! The most important part of our day … cheese, olives, fresh butter, and COCONUT OIL !!! Honey is added from the kitchen. Yogurt is an everyday present item, mostly eaten at lunch time. Champagne for atelier evening dinners… we always have guests to share happy meals together. Lemons, apples, bananas, and melons are Idil’s favorites. Goat milk as well.”

“Memories and messages hanging on our fridge.
Berlin, California, Barcelona.
Some nutritional facts about oils, seaweed (hijiki, arame, kelp, kombu, wakame, nori), sprouts, nuts. Quick phone numbers of restaurants and markets to remember.”
